4 Governors Seek Grazing Assistance Because Of Wildfires


The governors of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and New Mexico sent a letter to the acting Secretary of Agriculture seeking temporary suspension of the Conservation Reserve Program in order to provide more land for grazing to farmers and ranchers after wildfires scorched more than 2,300 square miles in the four states.
