A push for wildfire-resilient homes
In a year in which more than 5.7 million acres have been burned by wildfires as of August 2nd, the executive director of the Multi-Hazard Mitigation Council and Building Seismic Safety Council of the National Institute of Building Science, and the chief engineer with the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety discussed the need for building wildfire-resistant homes.
