A retired CAL FIRE firefighter and forestry logistics officer with 35 years of experience weighed in on the merits of Proposition 30, which will allow CAL FIRE to increase staffing by more than a third and to expand by 60% the number of acres upon which vegetation is treated to make the landscape more resilient.
