Severe weather expected in Plains as wildfires continue out West

A National Weather Service overview shows that gusty winds, coupled with dry, hot conditions, continue to fuel the spread of wildfires in several states, including the 5,400-acre Crews Fire in Santa Clara County, California, and the 18,000-acre Number Fire near Gardnerville, Nevada.
