Wildland Fire Branch battles fire season despite COVID-19


A profile of the U.S. Air Force's Wildland Fire Branch, which was established in 2012 to deal with the threat of wildfires at 72 installations across the U.S., revealed that it conducts 140,000 acres of prescribed burns and responds to more than 100 wildfires annually.
