Man pleads not guilty to sparking deadly Palisades Fire in Los Angeles

The 29-year-old man accused of sparking January's deadly Palisades Fire, one of the most destructive wildfires in California history, pleaded not guilty to charges in federal court Thursday afternoon after arriving in Los Angeles from Florida earlier in the day.
